 Delhi Division (Northern Railway) में काम कर रहे railway कर्मचारी जो overtime की ड्यूटी कर रहे हैं, उन्हें एक्स्ट्रा ड्यूटी के पैसे claim करने के लिए एक फॉर्म में अपने द्वारा की गई ड्यूटी का विवरण देना होता हैं। उसके बाद भरा हुआ फॉर्म अपने establishment office या ppio office में जमा कराना होता हैं। तब जाकर overttime का पैसा सैलेरी में जुड़ कर आ जाता हैं ।  तो जिस फॉर्म में ड्यूटी का विवरण देना होता है वो फॉर्म नीचे image के format में हैं। इस image पर एक बार क्लिक कर के इसे full screen पर कर ले, उसके बाद आप इसे download कर सकते हैं या print ले सकते हैं।
